It's easier to help than just think about it

In May, 3 full buses with humanitarian aid arrived from Zaragoza, Spain. All this thanks to the generosity and resourcefulness of the Police and the great Frontex team.

Among the gifts there were, among others powdered milk, baby milk, food, blood glucose meters and more. Thank you! The gifts were transferred to Żytomierz and Czerniowice, from where they were further distributed to those in need.

Another transport with humanitarian aid reached Ukraine. This time, we managed to collect over 23 tons of medical, food and hygiene supplies that reached Ternopil. Upon arrival, all gifts have been repackaged on buses and sent immediately to cities in the fighting areas, where they will be used to save the lives and health of the Ukrainian citizens.

We are full of pride for our entire team that, despite being exhausted, continues to organize aid for Ukraine. We would like to express our gratitude to the Donors from Granada in Spain and to all the volunteers who support us in reloading the gifts.

Once again, in cooperation with the Ternopil National University of Economics, we organized the transport of medical materials and food.

This time an extraordinary duo helped us with the transport - one of the trucks driven by a father at the age of 80, the other by his son, travelled over 3'200 km driven by care and willingness to provide support and with a whole lot of positive energy. All this to transport another bath of humanitarian aid, donated by Granada in Spain, to people in need in Ukraine.

This was an unforgettable day, full of unusual emotions. Another transport of medical and food supplies was handed over to hospitals and other locations. We will never forget the eyes full of tears of the Ukrainian truck driver thanking for the help and telling the story, about the children he met in the parking lot, brought from the bombed cities, to whom he handed over all the food he had.

We know that our activity is not a sprint, but a marathon (as long as the situation will require it). Once again we bow low to the people of Granada for another truck of gifts. We also slowly continue the tradition of weekly competition for the longest TIR in Warsaw ;)

Another great example, how much the community means and how inspiring it can be. One conversation with Rafał Kijonka about the burning need for ambulances in Ukraine and a possibility to donate one, was an inspiration for the Polish – Swiss Chamber of Commerce to start a fundraising for it.

The total amount was raised among member companies of the Chamber in less than a week and on March 25, around 12.00, the ambulance driven by Mr. Viktor Nestrenko entered the courtyard of the Kharkiv hospital. We are very happy that we could contribute to this initiative by sharing our experience and knowledge.
